The position serves as the central point for converting approved quotes into Sales Orders, confirming customer funding through receipt of Purchase Orders, and tracking project schedule changes in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce, possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of administrative tasks and a basic understanding of the maritime industry.
