As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential support to Project Managers across our Industrial, BioPharma, and Energy verticals. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by acting as a central point of communication between clients, buyers, and sellers. In this position, you will regularly engage with clients to gather necessary project information, request photos, and obtain specific project details. You will also coordinate with buyers to facilitate the timely removal of purchased assets, track removal progress, and support the seller settlement process. A significant part of the role involves proactively expediting asset removals through clear email communication, confirming removal instructions, and sending daily follow-up reminders to keep projects on schedule and moving forward efficiently.
