Allied Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Sales Operations Compensation Analyst to support the commission, compensation, reporting, and process administration that help our sales organization run effectively. In this role, you’ll manage sales commission administration, respond to commission-related inquiries from Sales and Service representatives, research and resolve issues, maintain commission data, support compensation programs, and create reports and analyses for leadership. You’ll work closely with Sales & Service leadership, Accounting, Product, and cross-functional partners to help ensure commission payments, bonus calculations, documentation, and workflows are accurate, timely, and aligned with established policies and contractual agreements.
