As a Sales Operations Analyst reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for administering and improving the Salesforce instance while supporting all revenue-generating functions to drive business growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and system efficiency to make it easier for the organization to sell. The Impact You’ll Have As a Sales Operations Analyst, you are the technical anchor for our revenue teams. You will manage data systems and streamline workflows to ensure the organization operates at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for the health of our CRM, from maintaining day-to-day support SLAs to executing high-level strategic system improvements that enhance the experience for all team members.
