NCC is seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Sales Operations Analyst/RevOps Analyst to help drive revenue performance across the organization. This role will be based in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations and serve as the primary analytics partner for sales leadership, account management, customer success, and executive leadership. The role will focus on pipeline analytics, pricing and contract performance, renewal and attrition trends, sales productivity, funnel conversion, and GTM reporting. This role is not simply a reporting or CRM administration role. The ideal candidate will help identify why performance is changing, where revenue risk exists, and where growth opportunities can be unlocked. The right candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
