AeroTEC's Sales & Business Development team manages complex proposals, active customer relationships, and a growing pipeline across multiple market segments. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the organizational and analytical engine that keeps it all running (and running better over time). This is a role for someone who is energized by organizing systems, surfacing insights from data, and making a high-performing team more effective. You will manage the processes, tools, and infrastructure that allow AeroTEC's BD team to focus on customers and close business. Your work directly impacts how AeroTEC makes strategic decisions by compiling competitive intelligence, conducting win/loss analysis, and tracking market changes. For the right person, this role is a genuine launching pad. The visibility into customers, programs, and BD strategy that comes with this position creates a natural path toward customer-facing or strategy roles over time.
