The Sales Operations Analyst will deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across sales and marketing, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The role serves as a key business partner to AssetMark's Strategic Accounts, Institutional Sales, Bank & Trust, and RIA Sales teams. This role supports day-to-day sales operations, Salesforce reporting and workflows, performance analytics, and execution of key sales planning processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, operational rigor, and an understanding of advisor-focused sales organizations within financial services or wealth management. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Phoenix, AZ, Chicago, IL, or Concord, CA.
