About The Position

itD is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize sales operations processes that drive efficiency and scalability across the organization. This role contributes to operational excellence by ensuring seamless system access, supporting lifecycle processes, and improving workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales support operations, system administration, and data management, along with a track record of delivering process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or Salesforce administration
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce administration or database management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience managing system access and operational workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with process documentation and workflow optimization
  • Exposure to CRM systems beyond Salesforce or related tools
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, transfers, and terminations, including managing system access and related processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of operational tasks
  • Document current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend enhancements to optimize performance
  • Partner with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system and access-related issues
  • Maintain and update data within systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with additional sales operations initiatives and reporting as needed
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
