The Sales Operations & AI Enablement Specialist will be responsible for embedding AI tools, agentic workflows, and self-serve analytics across our entire global sales organization. Rather than spending time building static reports, you will architect AI-driven workflows that make our SDRs, BDRs, ASEs, and Sales Directors faster, smarter, and more effective — and you will measure their impact. You will interact directly at every level of the sales organization to ensure full adoption and utilization of our AI stack, while continuously identifying new opportunities to improve how we sell. This is a high-visibility role with significant runway for growth into broader Sales Operations or Revenue Operations leadership. The Sales Operations & AI Enablement Specialist will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
