About The Position

Provectus is a consulting partner that helps enterprise companies transition from exploring AI to integrating AI into their daily operations. The AI Enablement Lead is responsible for developing and owning the curriculum that facilitates this shift. This includes designing and delivering live sessions, skill-authoring labs, executive coaching, and train-the-trainer programs. This role is not purely instructional but is a facilitation role within consulting engagements, often serving as the initial point of contact for customer leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a consulting-grade presence and a genuine passion for teaching and continuous learning, adapting the curriculum based on insights gained from each customer engagement.

Requirements

• Teaching passion: demonstrated experience in formally or informally teaching, such as a workshop facilitator, bootcamp instructor, university lecturer, internal enablement lead, or technical trainer.
• Public speaking skills: comfortable presenting on stage, on camera, and in boardrooms, with experience running sessions for large groups and one-on-one with executives.
• Developer relations or evangelism background: experience communicating a technical product's message to a community and influencing adoption.
• Consulting posture: ability to listen first, diagnose second, and recommend third, understanding the difference between providing an answer and earning one.
• Emotional intelligence: ability to read a room, understand underlying questions, and maintain composure in challenging situations with senior stakeholders.
• Executive presence: ability to command respect and engage effectively with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, Head of Operations).
• Curiosity over evangelism: focus on understanding and improving customer workflows rather than just promoting product features.
• Honesty and follow-through: willingness to admit when something is unknown and commit to finding the answer.
• Top-down conviction: belief in AI platforms as a means to redesign business operations, with the ability to defend this perspective.
• Working knowledge of business software (CRM, ERP, BI, Office, productivity suites).
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one general-purpose AI tool (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).

Nice To Haves

• Deep Cowork, Claude, or agentic-AI expertise is not required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Delivery across the full enablement curriculum, including the Cowork 101 baseline, role-specific tracks (Legal, Finance, IT, Sales), skill-authoring labs, executive coaching, demo factory facilitation, train-the-trainer certification, and community-of-practice setup.
• Serve as connective tissue by designing the 'study your work' exercise to identify customer use case candidates, providing post-session briefs to the Provectus account team on customer interests, and maintaining the demo library, curriculum decks, and skill catalog.
• Contribute to the maturation of the Provectus enablement playbook by incorporating learnings from customer engagements.
