About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, AI Enablement to support the adoption of AI across a portfolio of three marketing agencies. This role focuses on identifying, organizing, and helping implement practical AI use cases across both client-facing (billable) and back-office teams. You will help translate enterprise AI strategy into real workflow improvements, productivity gains, and measurable business impact. This individual will work closely with business leaders, the AI transformation team, and IT partners to embed AI into day-to-day workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree Required
4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or a related field.
Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments and strong organizational skills.
Ability to explain AI-supported thinking and outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Structured problem-solving and organization
Ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks
Curiosity and interest in AI and emerging technologies
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in a marketing agency, professional services, or similar environment.
Hands-on working knowledge of generative AI tools used in business settings (such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to support writing, analysis, synthesis, or decision making.
