About The Position

Modash is seeking a first-time Sales Onboarding & Enablement Lead to join their growing sales team. The primary goal is to double the team's output over the next 18 months by improving the onboarding process for new Account Executives and creating/maintaining internal sales resources and training materials. This role is crucial for scaling the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experiences. The position reports to Matthias, Head of Sales, and will collaborate with marketing and success teams. The role is based in the Toronto area, Canada, and supports a fully inbound-driven sales model focused on selling influencer marketing software to consumer brands. Sales cycles vary from short (0-6 weeks) to long (2-6 months). The team utilizes HubSpot, Notion, and Avoma, with support from a dedicated Sales Operations specialist.

Requirements

  • Experience building and leading a sales onboarding and/or enablement program from the ground up.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with consultative sales.
  • Ability to absorb complex information and translate it into clear, usable content for the sales team.
  • Proven ability to coach and provide constructive, direct feedback.
  • Self-sufficient, capable of solving problems, making decisions, and iterating on processes.
  • Strong research skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute them.
  • Must be based in the Toronto area, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a comprehensive onboarding program for new Account Executives, including defining structure, curriculum, pacing, and expectations.
  • Create onboarding materials such as documentation, call libraries, exercises, quizzes, and role-playing scenarios.
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of onboarding, including 1:1s, call reviews, shadowing, role-playing, and feedback loops.
  • Define and implement a system to measure onboarding success, tracking metrics like call quality, CRM hygiene, and growth habits.
  • Build and maintain the sales knowledge base, identifying gaps and creating resources like playbooks, objection handling guides, and battle cards.
  • Ensure sales enablement resources are kept up-to-date with evolving processes and experiments.
  • Ensure AI tools utilize the latest sales enablement information.
  • Drive adoption and usage of sales enablement resources within the team.
