This role involves conducting 1v1 in-person sales presentations in a state-of-the-art sales center. You will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or current owners, communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and generate sales through utilizing proper closing techniques. You will effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, and attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings. Keeping current on product knowledge, materials, and industry trends is also a key part of the role. A significant advantage is that there is no cold calling or prospecting, as all leads are provided and prequalified by an award-winning on-site marketing team. The position offers uncapped earning potential with weekly and monthly pay incentives, a paid training program, and ongoing professional development. Associates receive a company-issued iPad, travel perks, and comprehensive benefits. The role typically involves consistent 35-40 hour work weeks with two consecutive weekdays off.

Requirements

  • Must have Maryland Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one (on-site licensing course with a live consultant will be provided)
  • 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
  • College Degree is preferred
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
  • General knowledge of smart devices
