The Sales & Marketing Technology Strategist supports the design, execution, and ongoing management of SHI’s sales and marketing technology ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and IT, this role helps intake business requests, design scalable solutions, support platform execution, and ensure efficient delivery across systems. This position plays a critical role in aligning Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo, and integrated technologies to deliver streamlined processes, high-quality data, and effective marketing and sales outcomes. Reporting to the Digital Growth department within the Marketing organization, the Sales & Marketing Technology Strategist serves as a strategic internal consultant, driving technology adoption and identifying innovative ways to leverage sales and marketing technologies to support business objectives.
