Responsibilities

Pursue ongoing product information to understand how the product will benefit the customer.
Understand rental agreement terms and clearly communicate them to the customer.
Perform thorough on-boarding for customers.
Create a positive experience for customers.
Apply proper down payments and advocate for on-time payment habits.
Assist customers with rental order forms and conduct proper order form verifications.
Complete the company’s daily solicitation as a minimum standard.
Communicate with customers using their preferred means of communication.
Maintain the sales floor ensuring that product is clean, working properly, priced, and accessorized correctly.
Price individual products as well as combined (packaged) products under the direction of the Store Manager.
Maintain the customer counter area in a safe, clean, organized condition.
Clean and repair product as needed.
Ensure that store follows current Store Readiness Appearance guidelines.
Follow all Company policies and procedures for customer approval standards, recording sales, completing agreements, receiving monies and helping the Store Manager control inventory.
Maintain confidential customer and store information within company procedures.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer as well as an accurate end of day bank deposit and documentation.
Receive product into the store by following the proper inventory receiving and transfer procedures.
Open to travel to nearby locations to assist when needed.
Learn various roles and functions of Rent-2-Own.
Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Create sales/marketing plans to generate sales.
Establish plans for team and individual goals to be met.
Develop new and professional relationships with customers and help them manage their accounts successfully.
Maintain control during the collection process when customer's payments become late.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals.
Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, at the counter, process customer payments, and handle customer complaints professionally.
Hit sales goals each week.
