About The Position

Omni Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas. The role supports the Sales and Marketing departments through administrative work, creative project execution, and communications. It assists with sales and marketing expense management, marketing collateral development, event coordination, and brand initiatives intended to drive revenue and increase brand visibility.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an administrative assistant; a college degree is preferred.
Experience with InDesign and Canva.
Familiarity with social media and email platforms.
Prior hospitality or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming group leads and distribute them based on market segment.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and assigned sales managers with lead management and customer support.
Maintain accurate and consistent records in the Delphi/FDC CRM.
Schedule and support site visits, coordinating transportation, itineraries, and amenities.
Generate sales reports and dashboards as requested by the DOS/DOSM.
Support the Group Sales contract turnover process by ensuring information is entered correctly in FDC and reflects the contract.
Create purchase orders and assist with the commission payment process.
Assist with copywriting and editing for email campaigns, presentations, and signage.
Create flyers, social graphics, and sales tools using Omni-branded templates.
Support marketing rollouts and quarterly promotional campaigns across departments.
Help coordinate on-site activations, including media and influencer visits and local events.
Maintain inventory of branded assets and marketing collateral.
