Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Gordon M. Buitendorp Associates, Inc.•Grand Rapids, MI

About The Position

GMB is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its Corporate Branding & Marketing team in West Michigan. The role supports GMB’s presence in the education market by coordinating conferences and sponsorships, capturing the firm’s work through photography and video, maintaining an organized visual asset library, and moving marketing projects from concept through completion. The position coordinates the logistics and promotional campaigns for education conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events; supports sales and business development; assists local office leaders with marketing materials; and manages photography, video, digital assets, and multiple marketing projects. The role requires intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience coordinating events and marketing projects, confidence behind a camera, and a systems-oriented approach to organizing and sharing creative assets. GMB is an employee-owned company whose employees hold 100% of its ownership. The organization uses a network-of-teams approach rather than a hierarchical pyramid structure and describes its workplace as flexible, inclusive, and people-first. This is a direct-hire, full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes an excellent benefits package. Applicants must have current and continuing authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
