About The Position

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This dynamic role supports our sales and marketing teams by implementing impactful marketing campaigns, producing engaging content, and coordinating key internal and external initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing role; industry experience in HVAC, construction, or facilities services is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., FreshSales) preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 15 pounds)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Occasional evening or after-hours event attendance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company social media profiles; monitor activity and engage with audiences
  • Collaborate with vendors on website updates, branding, PR, and marketing material production
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
  • Create compelling marketing content for diverse business segments
  • Support sales and business development teams in preparing multi-state RFP responses
  • Coordinate and attend client-facing events, trade shows, and customer appreciation activities
  • Organize and support press activities, including material preparation and scheduling
  • Draft and edit press releases and other external communications
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
  • Manage CRM systems (e.g., FreshSales), maintain contact databases and generate sales reports
  • Assist in preparing annual business plans, budgets, and track monthly expenses
  • Analyze marketing performance, sales activity, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Support the transition from sales to operations, ensuring accurate initial job setup
  • Contribute to client business reviews and satisfaction programs
  • Design and produce presentations, event materials, and client handouts
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and trends
  • Execute targeted direct mail campaigns and maintain accurate contact lists
  • Support additional projects and team initiatives as assigned
