This role exists to free up our CEO’s calendar for high-value sales appointments. You’ll handle the groundwork that makes those appointments happen — and the follow-up that helps close them. You’ll be the connective tissue between our marketing presence, our outbound prospecting efforts, and our CRM. Think of this as sales ops meets marketing support meets junior SDR. This role is designed with upward mobility in mind. If you’re disciplined, learn the business, and demonstrate the ability to build relationships, the natural next step is a transition into a full outside sales role — with quota responsibility and commission earnings. We promote from within, and this position is how we develop the next generation of our sales team. Macro Connect is a Detroit-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT services to schools, cities, and businesses. With 27 employees and an office in a renovated historic library, we’re a tight-knit, high-performing team that takes our work seriously — and has fun doing it.
