As our Sales Manager, West, you’ll stand at the helm of a high-octane team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This isn't just about hitting a multi-million dollar annual target—it's about the strategy, the mentorship, and the relentless pursuit of excellence that gets us there. Your journey begins by crafting a bespoke regional strategy and execution plan for every rep on your team. You aren’t just a boss; you are a coach, a mentor, and a talent scout. From hiring the next generation of sales stars to providing the hands-on training that turns "potential" into "performance," you oversee the growth of your direct reports with precision and empathy. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our creators. By working hand-in-hand with the Director of Business Development, you’ll ignite pipeline growth that sustains our momentum. You’ll also serve as the voice of the customer, feeding vital insights back to our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure we are always delivering the most innovative solutions in the SaaS landscape.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS world.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams of this caliber.
  • Proven track record of walking into boardrooms, speaking the language of C-level customers, and closing large, complex deals.
  • Ability to lead a metrics-driven organization that knows how to balance the "big fish" enterprise deals with the steady flow of semi-transactional business.
  • Must be based in Chicago or west.

Benefits

  • The US on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $227,520–$316,000 USD annually.
