About The Position

Four Stars Nissan is looking for a Desk Manager to help lead us to the next level. This role is not for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk. We’re looking for a servant leader with strong character and ethics, urgency and drive, who is comfortable making 50-60 calls a day personally, willing to get in front of customers, take turns, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activity, with a proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and execution. In just three years, sales volume and gross have increased significantly every year, we have won the Cars.com Customer Service Award for 2 consecutive years and the Nissan Reputation.com Award. The service department production has nearly doubled, and we are pushing toward 200+ local units annually and beyond. We are part of the Four Stars Auto Group, which includes Four Stars Toyota, Four Stars Chevrolet, Four Stars CDJR, Four Stars Ford, and Four Stars Nissan of Denton.
