About The Position

Four Stars Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease Return Coordinator to manage the end-of-lease process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, lenders, and internal teams. This position will be an in office role in our Addison office, M-F, and the hours worked can be 9-6 or 8:30-5:30.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.

Nice To Haves

• associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns.
• Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases.
• Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion.
• Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation.
• Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments.
• Track and report key metrics related to lease returns.
• Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results.
• Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed.
• Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.
