Our Chapman Chrysler Jeep location in Henderson, Nevada is currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who can inspire, challenge, and develop a high-performing sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, strong closing skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Sales Manager Experience
- Experience in customer relationship building and management
- Experience leading a team
- Goal-oriented with the ability to drive team performance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, including coaching, performance monitoring, and process oversight
- Motivate and develop team members to grow their book of business and achieve sales goals
- Ensure all customers are promptly and professionally greeted
- Build strong customer relationships to establish long-term loyalty and referrals
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
