The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations of the Accutech Instrumentation and Instrument Specialties sales team. This role involves managing all aspects of the sales process, sales budgets, and sales team members to ensure revenue and profit commitments are met. The Sales Manager will work in concert with the General Manager to execute operating strategies and achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing business practices to enhance operational performance, customer value propositions, and ensure safe performance of Team Technical Services. This role also involves supervising and managing the sales team to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies, managing supplier relationships, and developing new business within a defined sales territory. The Sales Manager will set goals for team members, monitor performance, and collaborate to identify sales and profit opportunities. Additionally, the role requires identifying business obstacles, crafting solutions, developing employee capabilities through coaching, and utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
