Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential home services sales experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sewer, or related trades
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience
  • Proven track record achieving revenue and sales goals
  • Experience leading Comfort Advisors, Sales Technicians, Sewer Sales Specialists, Project Estimators, or In-Home Sales teams
  • Strong understanding of residential replacement sales and financing programs
  • Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Residential HVAC, plumbing, sewer, excavation, or electrical operations experience
  • Sewer replacement and trenchless knowledge preferred
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar home service platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
  • Industry certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, In-Home Sales Representatives, and sales teams
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, ride-alongs, and field coaching sessions
  • Perform performance reviews and development planning
  • Build a positive, high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Develop and execute branch sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
  • Drive HVAC replacement, plumbing, sewer, excavation, and electrical sales growth opportunities
  • Increase replacement conversion and lead performance
  • Improve financing utilization and in-home presentation effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to maximize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Manage and improve branch KPIs including: Sales close rates, In-home sales conversion, Average ticket, Revenue per lead, Financing penetration, Maintenance-to-replacement conversion, Sewer inspection conversion rates, Excavation revenue performance, Booking percentages, Customer satisfaction and review scores
  • Partner cross-functionally with Service, Install, Sewer Operations, Dispatch, Excavation, Marketing, and Branch Leadership
  • Improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Standardize sales processes including: Customer consultation, Needs assessments, Proposal presentations, Financing discussions, Sewer camera reviews, Closing techniques
