Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management (inbound and outbound environments).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace applications.
  • Valid Alaska driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background and reference check.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage sales goals, quotas, and forecasting strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue trends.
  • Support the company’s CRM by promoting accurate use, maintaining data integrity, and assisting the sales team in effective utilization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve growth targets and maintain accountability.
  • Manage the sales calendar, pipeline, and overall department performance.
  • Contact potential clients and arrange meetings to develop business relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Support and facilitate sales transactions from initial contact through final disposition.
  • Work in coordination with the General Manager to align logistics across departments (Intakes, Cataloging, Marketing, Loadouts, Shipping, and Admin) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee off-site and specialty auction projects, including planning meetings and timeline coordination.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, executive leadership, and internal departments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with upcoming auctions and sales initiatives.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, market trends, and sales activity.
  • Resolve customer issues, team challenges, and operational obstacles impacting sales performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales processes, tools, and team effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong consignor relationships and community outreach efforts.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
