About The Position

Kendall Subaru of Eugene is seeking an experienced Subaru Sales Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for strong, energetic leaders passionate about developing relationships, providing exceptional guest experiences, and innovating within the automotive industry. The Sales Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, complete work in a timely fashion, possess superior customer service and communication skills, maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and treat clientele with the utmost respect. Work is primarily performed indoors, with some exposure to the outdoors for vehicle sales, and involves significant PC and telephone use. Occasional travel to out-of-town events is required. Carrying and lifting up to 20lbs may be occasionally required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience with demonstrated success in vehicle sales.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to salespersons.
• Assisting sales staff in closing sales.
• Actively participating in vehicle price negotiation.
• Appraising incoming vehicles.
• Conducting sales meetings and trainings.
• Supervising sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Stocking an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling dealership sales activities.
• Maintaining knowledge and complying with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
