About The Position

Kendall Subaru of Eugene is seeking an experienced and energetic Subaru Sales Manager to lead their sales department. This role involves redefining the car-buying experience by coaching and supporting salespersons, assisting in sales, negotiating prices, appraising vehicles, conducting meetings and trainings, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with sales laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automotive sales, excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ work experience with demonstrated success in vehicles sales.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Extended work hours will often be required without advanced notice.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons.
• Assist in closing sales.
• Actively participate in vehicle price negotiation.
• Appraise incoming vehicles.
• Conduct sales meetings and trainings.
• Supervise sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Stock an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory.
• Plan, organize and control dealership sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge and comply with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
