About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager for our office located in Alpharetta, GA, USA. You will be working for BU Wood Products and you will report directly to the Area Sales Director, USA, Wood Products. As a Sales Manager within the Sales network, you will have an important role to build excellent relationships with our customers, establish new partnerships and successfully close sales deals.

Requirements

  • Experience with wood products and sales.
  • Ability to listen carefully to customers, recognize their needs, and find suitable solutions.
  • Skilled negotiator and able to confidently close deals.
  • Work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even in turbulent times.
  • Comfortable working in a team and being on the road.
  • Familiar with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the presence and sales of Stora Enso and our wood products in the USA.
  • Establish customer relationships and maintain the existing customer structure in the USA.
  • Be responsible for pricing and implementation for all products in your area.
  • Conduct negotiations independently, conclude contracts, and be responsible for following up on contracts.
  • Have credit responsibility up to a certain amount.
  • Support the CSC team in the event of payment irregularities and handle complaints.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth production and delivery flow.
  • Implement corporate goals and actively pursue them; create reports, statistics, and analyses.
