About The Position

You'll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings, social events, and key sales initiatives—and a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales. If you're a connector, a closer, and a collaborator, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for group bookings, event space inquiries, and VIP stays Build strong client relationships—both online and in person Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts Input bookings, manage room blocks, and ensure event accuracy in our systems Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries Participate in top rated Marriot Sales training sessions Take on exciting new challenges—no two days are the same! Requirements

  • 1+ year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) – REQUIRED
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Confident with tech— Delphi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in any hotel department is a plus
  • Familiarity with the local Bridgewater market is a bonus
  • Brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) preferred
