About The Position

McDonald Nissan in Highlands Ranch is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. This role involves working directly with employees and customers to develop relationships, enhance the sales process, and build a customer network. The Sales Manager will provide training and support to the sales staff, assist in closing deals, and help manage the productivity of the sales department. They will also facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth and work with salespeople on programs to increase sales.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred
