About The Position

Capitol Nissan is looking for a sales consultant to join their team! This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person! We are looking for a sales consultant to join our sales staff that will make a commitment to our 80+ year record of outstanding customer service. We need individuals that have the qualities of dedication, hard work, and the willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. We have four locations that you can sell from!

Requirements

• Sales experience – automotive preferred
• A valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior
• The ability to verbalize all basic features and benefits of all vehicle models
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge
• Participate in manufacturer’s and the dealership’s training programs
• Escort customers rather than pointing out directions to another part of the dealership and do a proper introduction.
• Use proper telephone etiquette and use social media appropriately.
• Conserve energy, recycle and protect the environment.
• Treat customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
• Strive to be innovative on a daily basis.
• Look for opportunities to create loyal customers.
