About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Sales Consultants. This role is designed for a proven sales leader adept at building winning teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability. While no prior plumbing or home services experience is necessary, a history of successfully managing sales teams, developing top performers, and consistently achieving results is essential. The company will provide industry-specific training.

Requirements

5+ years of sales management experience
Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience using KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to improve results
Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 10 Sales Consultants
Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve close rates
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales metrics
Provide ongoing training and professional development
Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture
Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales team members
Hold the team accountable to sales goals and company standards
