About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking motivated sales professionals who enjoy helping customers and want to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential. This role involves meeting with homeowners from our existing customer base, understanding their needs, and recommending plumbing solutions. No prior plumbing experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. This is an opportunity to leverage existing customer service or sales experience into a high-ticket consultative sales role within a rapidly growing home services company.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners
• Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify opportunities to improve or replace outdated equipment
• Educate customers on available plumbing solutions
• Present options that fit the customer's needs and budget
• Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process
• Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
