About The Position
J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their team as Member Experience & Sales Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to turn people skills into a high-income career, even with no prior plumbing experience. The company is one of the fastest-growing residential home service companies in the country and is looking for individuals who enjoy helping customers and want to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential. Representatives will meet with homeowners from the existing customer base, understand their needs, and recommend plumbing solutions. Comprehensive training is provided for those without plumbing experience.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners
- Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales roles such as cars, furniture, home improvement services, insurance, wireless plans, or retail products
- Existing in-home service experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify opportunities to improve or replace outdated equipment
- Educate customers on available plumbing solutions
- Present options that fit the customer's needs and budget
- Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process
- Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
