As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Middleton Stonefield, a 32 apartment memory care community, you will be a Guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will also be a Team player, working with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations. Additionally, you will be a Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates through a 3-week on-boarding & orientation program, one-on-one coaching, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools.
