We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Resort Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering results. In this role, you will own a portfolio of group business opportunities, responding to inquiries, building client relationships, and proactively generating new business. You’ll have the opportunity to represent a dynamic property with diverse offerings—from guest rooms and exceptional food & beverage experiences to world-class gaming and entertainment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of related experience as a manager in one of the following departments: Hotel Group Sales, Catering, Convention Services
Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Hotel and/or Sports & Entertainment
Successful completion of the Foxwoods Resort Sales Career Development Program for Sales, Catering, and Convention Services Associates
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
Possesses strong communication skills, verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with clients, management and other departments

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Delphi sales system
Experience with CVent
Experience with HMS
Become proficient with department specific computer programs, Delphi, HMS, Passkey and Cvent
