About The Position

Take your sales career to the next level at Foxwoods Resort Casino, one of the premier resort destinations in the Northeast. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Resort Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering results. In this role, you will own a portfolio of group business opportunities, responding to inquiries, building client relationships, and proactively generating new business. You’ll have the opportunity to represent a dynamic property with diverse offerings—from guest rooms and exceptional food & beverage experiences to world-class gaming and entertainment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of related experience as a manager in one of the following departments: Hotel Group Sales, Catering, Convention Services
  • Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Hotel and/or Sports & Entertainment
  • Successful completion of the Foxwoods Resort Sales Career Development Program for Sales, Catering, and Convention Services Associates
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Delphi sales system
  • Experience with CVent
  • Experience with HMS
  • Proficiency with department specific computer programs, Delphi, HMS, Passkey and Cvent
