About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Sales Team, including both Standard Product and Special Product Account Managers, while remaining an active, revenue-generating sales contributor. This role serves as the primary direct point of contact for all sales associates and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The position carries full accountability for sales performance, forecasting, team development, and execution of sales strategies across assigned domestic and international markets. The Regional Sales Manager’s secondary focus is to grow, retain, and expand sales of products and services to existing and new mining customers, while prospecting and establishing international sales networks in select target countries as directed by leadership. The role develops and maintains accurate sales forecasts, reports weekly results to management, and presents new products, proposals, and market opportunities to Company leadership. This position is responsible for developing compensation plans in collaboration with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and for training sales associates, dealers, brokers, and third-party representatives to ensure long-term market success. The Regional Sales Manager ensures adherence to Sales and Marketing policies, maintains strong customer relationships, and acts as a liaison during warranty or support matters to protect customer satisfaction and goodwill. Operational responsibilities include strict CRM discipline, accurate and timely documentation, enforcement of departmental recordkeeping standards, management of departmental and one-on-one meetings, and ensuring consistent information flow across the organization. The role drives performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, gross profit targets, and activity quotas, while managing budgets and supporting continuous improvement within the sales organization. The Regional Sales Manager also participates in industry associations, trade shows, and events, supports onboarding and training of new sales representatives, and travels extensively to meet customers, prospects, dealers, and partners domestically and internationally. Compliance with all Company policies, MSHA requirements, and applicable U.S. and international laws is mandatory.
