About The Position

This role is designed as a high-impact, revenue-generating position with strong expectations around proactive sales activity and market presence. You will be responsible for driving all non-wedding group segments, including corporate, association, and tour business.

Requirements

  • Required experience in Hotel Sales and/or Catering Sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
  • College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Delphi.fdc is a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Lead active prospecting efforts, including outbound sales and strategic outreach to generate new business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, mixers, and chamber events to build local and regional relationships.
  • Detail, service, and deliver group rooms and catering business while upselling additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction by developing deep relationships with clients and managing every event detail.
  • Ability to travel for events (including transporting materials) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
