The Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of NI talent as we expand our Sales Development program to new capabilities. In this role, your coaching will help shape the trajectory of our new college graduates and experienced Sales Development Engineers (SDEs) as you instill sales and technical best practice. Your investment will shape the culture of high-performing, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial engineers and create an environment where a diverse set of high achievers can thrive. We’re looking for leaders who are known for not only hitting their own goals, but also can be seen improving the outcomes of everyone around them.
