Requirements

  • Extensive Sales Experience: 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the automotive dealership industry.
  • 1-2 years of management experience preferred, highlighting your capability to lead and develop a successful sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
  • A professional demeanor with a solution-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement in the industry.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and manage a top-tier sales team.
  • Oversee schedules, conduct evaluations, and ensure your team operates at peak performance.
  • Set bold monthly and annual sales targets—and consistently exceed them.
  • Build strategic sales plans, manage budgets, and support your team in closing deals.
  • Champion customer satisfaction, manage feedback, address concerns, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Hanania Way.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies, forecast sales, manage inventory and purchasing, and implement strong sales control systems.
  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional service that results in industry-leading Customer Satisfaction Index ratings.
  • Maintain a professional presence, model integrity, and foster a solutions-driven, high-energy environment.
  • Conduct ongoing sales training, uphold compliance with automotive sales laws, and collaborate with department leaders on advertising, equipment, and customer needs.
