We are seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to bring structure, accountability, and field leadership to an already high-performing sales team at Weather Tite Windows. This is an opportunity for a strong operator to step in, install real cadence and discipline, and elevate an established team to its next level of performance. In this role, you will fully own Weather Tite Windows annual sales performance and associated KPIs. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team to achieve these growth targets through pipeline management, in-field coaching, skill related training and performance management. This role requires using and analyzing data through our CRM (HubSpot) plus other systems, to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, streamline operations, and drive revenue.
