Requirements

Automotive sales experience (3-5+ years desired; leadership experience preferred)
History of long-term employment
Proven ability to drive results and influence others
High energy, execution of tasks and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead daily sales operations and support your team in closing deals (TOs / “fly-bys”)
Coach and develop Customer Specialists to hit sales, gross, and F&I performance goals
Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and results
Partner with Finance to improve product penetration and profitability
Oversee lead management, follow-up processes, and appointment conversion
Monitor KPIs including CSI, PVR, close rates, and showroom performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and customer experience standards, find solutions for problems and implement
