Wesper is seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the sales cycle, from building a strong pipeline to closing deals. As the most critical function on the sales team, this role requires a dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with business and clinical leaders in key markets, including hospitals, sleep clinics, IDTFs, and dental practices. This position demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market. The territory is the Great Lakes region. This role requires up to 50% travel.
