As the South-Central US Front Line Care Region Manager, reporting to the Area VP of West Sales, you will lead the sales region of 7-10 representatives covering both the Acute Care & Outpatient Care markets. In these dynamic markets, that continue to see investment and growth, you will develop and execute the regional business plan focused on key accounts and segments, as well as build and leverage channel networks, to drive profitable territory and regional growth. As an organized self-starter you understand advancing medical technologies, effectively communicate, and present customer value propositions embraced by executive management. Are you ready to be the next region leader on our Front-Line Care team?! Home Base: Greater Chicago-land, Grand Rapids Indianapolis, Detroit or Cleveland are preferred. Region Markets: Michigan, Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, Northern Ohio. Travel: Up to 60% travel in territory and overnights as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing the performance of a sales team
  • Strong background working with IDNs and a demonstrated ability to work with and build relationships
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Motivating the team to reach their full potential by creating a culture that fosters teamwork, effective time management, planning, and execution in achieving objectives
  • Identifying and meeting with key customers, assisting sales representatives with maintaining and building relationships
  • Effectively developing and maintaining a robust and balanced forecast of opportunities while monitoring their progress in an efficient and timely manner
  • Partnering closely with a cross-functional team to close large opportunities
  • Coaching team members on both deal and skill-based opportunities
  • Driving corporate connectivity strategy and delivering on our integrated solutions platform
  • Managing a network of distributors and channel partners throughout the region
  • Retaining a current understanding of the local IDN market and the evolving medical industry landscape including high level knowledge of the competition
