About The Position

O'Steen Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dealership sales department in Athens, Georgia. The dealership is under new ownership and experiencing significant growth, with investments in its people, processes, and culture. The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team, drive sales and profitability, support customer satisfaction, and work with dealership leadership to achieve growth goals. The role also manages inventory and manufacturer programs, monitors key performance indicators, and promotes a culture of integrity, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales management experience.
• A proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for building relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
