About The Position

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time management position. The compensation is $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, which includes base salary plus bonus potential. Requirements

  • Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Strong personal sales track record.
  • Willing to follow our proven sales system.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.
  • Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.
  • Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.

  • Degree or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
  • Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
  • Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
  • Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
  • Nights and weekends on call.
