About The Position
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth, profitability, and long-term customer relationships. This role requires the development and execution of a business plan and sales strategy, including account planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a construction or business-related field or equivalent work experience in the mechanical construction industry.
- 5+ years of prior experience in sales for a mechanical contractor or similar construction contractor.
