About The Position
Genesis of Littleton, part of McDonald Automotive, is seeking a Sales Manager to help deliver a refined luxury customer experience in a collaborative, people-first dealership. The role works directly with employees and customers to build relationships, improve the sales process, support sales staff, and manage sales department productivity. The position also facilitates ongoing sales training and assists salespeople with programs and closing deals. McDonald Automotive is a family-owned and operated company with over 65 years of history and emphasizes respect, integrity, growth, hard work, trust, and lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- At least 5 years of automotive sales experience.
- At least 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience.
Nice To Haves
- 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Build customer relationships and establish a customer network.
- Train and support sales staff and assist with closing deals.
- Help manage sales department productivity.
- Facilitate regular sales training to support continued team growth.
- Work with salespeople on programs to increase sales and help close deals when necessary.
